SONAR FLEET 1 NEWSLETTER

FLEET RACING:

Sunday September 18:

While the wind at the Newport Boat Show was blowing 15-20, south of Long Neck Point was another story. The WSW breeze (255ยบ) only managed about 6 mph. Still PRO John Bainton was able to get a race in.

Eight boats were out competing.

First went to Team 506 with Colin Gordon, TK and Chris Daley.
Second was Team 619 with Lee Morrison, Susan Morrison, Mark Sullivan and Don Vasta
Third was Team 605 with Bob Monro, Francesca Monro, Ian Monro, Janet Grapengeter and Michael Rudnick

Next weekend is the last race of the season.  We hope to have a big turnout.

Awards will be handed out after racing to the top five season finishers.
